New CHAMPION – WB/BOW/BOS over specials

It’s so amazing to see a dream materialize into a plan that comes together.
Mystique is now CH Queen of Hearts JLS Northern Lights Mystique (pending AKC approval) following the Kenai Kennel Club Dog Show July 11th-13th. Judge Mrs. Joan Luna Liebes pointed at Mystique for Best of Opposite out of the classes on Friday morning and those were the last points that Mystique needed for her championship. Mystique also was OH BOB for that show and she was NS OH Group 4 under Judge Beverly R Andersen.
I moved her up and Mystique ended up with a total of two BOS and two Selects over the duration of the weekend. Thank you to the judges that nodded to our sassy, loving, and happy girl. Mystique is out of the OD x Ruby Northern Lights litter and she is almost 18 months old. My second bred-by champion; she is the 2nd of 4 pups showing in conformation from that litter of 7 to achieve their AKC championship. Mystique is co-owned with my son, Emmett Bator and co-bred by Julia Soukup. Our Ruby is from breeder Julia Soukup at JLS Dalmatians. The late OD’s humans are Kevin Smith and Daniel Brumfield. I’m so grateful for the grace & opportunities we have had. So much good energy has gone into this litter from Jon, Emmett, Cynthia and Roy, Tanya, and my dog show friends in Alaska and the Puget Sound Dalmatian Club.
